Outside Plant Engineer

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Plant Engineer with a proven track record in Lumen or BrightSpeed networks. In this critical role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain high-performance fiber optic networks, ensuring top-tier service delivery for our clients. You will lead field assessments, oversee infrastructure projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency in building and expanding our network footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer fiber optic networks, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Conduct site surveys, network assessments, and provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute deployment and maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Lumen/BrightSpeed network systems and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
