RF Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Construction Manager to lead and manage RF crews and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to ensure, quality, safety, and efficiency in all construction activities.

Key Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Interpret and execute projects based on RFDS and CDs.
• Supervise and hold RF crews and foremen accountable for daily tasks and project outcomes.
• Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot RF, fiber, and power issues effectively.
• Coordinate with customers on-site, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
• Order and manage materials and equipment for project needs.
• Report accurate field information to Director for seamless coordination.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of wireless construction management experience.
• 5-10 years of field work in RF construction
• Knowledgeable in all carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Dish, and T-mobile)preferably Verizon heavy
• Strong knowledge of RF infrastructure (macro/small cell, DAS, rooftops, towers)
• Proven track record managing multiple fast-paced projects
• Excellent communication and field coordination skills
• Familiarity with construction drawings, permitting, and close-out documentation
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel for job walks and pre-cons as required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer programs, including email, Adobe, and Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to overcome construction challenges.
