Tower Technicians/ Tower Crews

We are seeking a dependable Telecom Tower Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless equipment on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures. This role involves climbing, working at heights, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain antennas, coax, fiber, and other telecom equipment.
• Climb towers and structures to perform upgrades, testing, and inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and use fall protection equipment at all times.
• Assist with grounding, weatherproofing, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Complete daily reports, closeout documentation, and photo logs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of tower climbing or wireless field experience preferred.
• Competent Climber and Rescue certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
