Site Acquisition Specialist

The Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing locations for telecommunications infrastructure. This role ensures sites meet technical, regulatory, and financial criteria while coordinating with property owners, local authorities, and internal teams to facilitate lease agreements and site development.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Identify potential site locations based on technical and zoning requirements.

·     Negotiate lease agreements with property owners and landlords.

·     Coordinate with local municipalities for zoning approvals and permits.

·     Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental guidelines.

·     Collaborate with engineering teams to assess site suitability.

·     Maintain accurate records of site acquisition activities.

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Telecommunications, Urban Planning or related field.

·     2+ years of experience in site acquisition or real estate negotiation.

·     Strong understanding of local zoning laws and permitting processes.

·     Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office and project management software
