9500 Microwave Nokia Radio Certified Technician

We are seeking a skilled Microwave Technician with hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Nokia 9500 microwave systems. This field-based role supports wireless backhaul deployments and troubleshooting for high-capacity transport networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, align, and commission Nokia 9500 microwave radios and antennas.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and upgrades on live networks.
• Interpret link budgets, path calculations, and network diagrams.
• Document work, generate closeout packages, and ensure compliance with customer standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, including climbing and RF exposure guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of microwave installation experience; Nokia 9500 preferred.
• Proficient with test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, BER testers).
• Strong understanding of IP/Ethernet transport and backhaul systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Tower climbing certification a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
