Site Acquisition Specialist – Leasing

We are seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist – Leasing to lead site acquisition and leasing activities for wireless telecom projects. This role involves identifying and securing suitable sites, negotiating lease agreements, coordinating with property owners, and managing the full leasing process through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, real estate knowledge, and telecom industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure real estate to meet client needs.
• Negotiate leases and resolve property-related issues.
• Coordinate with landlords, clients, and vendors throughout the site acquisition process.
• Conduct property research, site audits, and prepare lease packages.
• Review and redline surveys, zoning, and construction drawings.
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records.
• Attend site walks, client meetings, and public hearings as needed.
• Support zoning approvals and manage required documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years real estate or telecom site acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CA Real Estate License (or obtain within 90 days).
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, permitting, and land use regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
